ELK’s remnant program utilises existing leather stocks that their manufacturers have on hand, from their production as well as from other brands, ensuring none of it goes to waste.
Leather is a natural, renewable material made from animal hides that have been preserved and softened through a tanning process. ELK select their leathers based on their properties and the intended application.
Leather lasts a long time, ages well and is easy to care for and repair. Leather will develop patina over time and gets better with age. Buying a well-made leather product can be considered an investment that supports slow fashion.
Chromium VI is not used in any tanning processes for ELK’s leathers.

CARE:
To maintain the beauty of your ELK bag we recommend protective sprays and using a good quality leather conditioner to treat the product, which will increase its longevity. Do not put leather pieces on the ground or rub against abrasive surfaces. Leather is a natural material and will wear with age and use. The dye in the leather can sometimes rub off so please be aware of this when wearing light clothing or placing the leather item on light surfaces.

Returns
The stock is dynamic and we cannot fully manage it due to the fact that several parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The levels of stock can change at any given time. It's possible that your order may run out of stocks after you place the order.
Our policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have gone in the past since you purchased however, we're unable to give you a return or exchange.
The item must not be used, and it must be in its original condition. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
