How to Refill
Open the reusable vessel, pop out your refill pan, and place onto the vessel’s magnetic centre. Then gently swipe finger in a circular motion over the balm and apply directly to pulse points; wrists, neck, and behind the ears

Our warehouse staff is highly skilled and will pack your products according to our exact and precise specifications. Your products will go through an exhaustive inspection and properly secured before they are delivered. We deliver to thousands of customers each day in different countries. Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing period in accordance with the item.
Prior to shipping We will conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've ordered. Today, the majority orders will be sent within 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is dynamic and we cannot fully manage it due to the fact that several parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The levels of stock can change at any given time. It's possible that your order may run out of stocks after you place the order.
Our policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have gone in the past since you purchased however, we're unable to give you a return or exchange.
The item must not be used, and it must be in its original condition. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
